This charming 3-star house in the cosy and Provencal village of La Garde-Freinet in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, is centrally located between the A8 motorway, the Plaine des Maures nature reserve and the coast of Grimaud, Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez, Croix Valmer and Cavalaire sur Mer.
The shops, restaurants and bars, art galleries and the cosy bi-weekly local market are all within walking distance from the house.
This property has a bright and spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and a roof terrace with a seating/dining arrangement overlooking the surrounding hills.

The kitchen is equipped with an American refrigerator with filtered water and ice cubes, a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, water boiler, microwave, ceramic stove and an oven.
A large TV with local and international channels and WIFI throughout the house.
Four bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed of 160 cm, another bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm, and a single bedroom all on the same floor. The master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, a towel heater, a washing machine and a dryer and a clothes steamer. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Another suite, with a balcony, on the entrance level has a double bed of 140 cm. Bed linen and towels are provided plus the cleaning is included in the price.
Only the tourist tax of €1.96 p.p. applies to all persons aged 18 and over.
This typical Provençal village is 20 minutes from the beaches and known for its hiking trails, chestnut trees, cycling routes and panoramic views and close to lively and fashionable Saint-Tropez.
