A tranquil setting, enjoying complete privacy, yet only minutes from the glitz and glamor of the French Riviera.
This beautiful villa offers 7 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms plus a staff studio for 2.
Each bedroom opens onto terraces with views and there are several seating areas around the house where you can enjoy the rising sun or fantastic sunsets.
All beds are 160 - 180 cm, but several rooms have single beds as well.

The living room has a large fireplace and opens onto the beautiful shaded terrace under the Wisteria. In the evening during the summer, you can enjoy the fireworks from Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime and, of course, the twinkling lights of villages and the boats in the distance.

The dining room can accommodate at least 12 people, as does the kitchen, which is fully equipped.
The kitchen gives a beautiful view as well and is equipped with a Jura coffee machine, a "Kitchen Aid" toaster and blender, 5 professional gas burners, an integrated fryer, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, a wine cellar, an American refrigerator plus a walk-in professional cold room, a second fryer and a microwave oven.
The whole opens onto a terrace which can also accommodate at least 12 people and has a superb view of the surrounding area.

A 6 m x 12 m heatable swimming pool, a fully equipped professional summer kitchen with, amongst other things: an ice maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, a bar and a large screen TV to watch sports events, a pool house and vast surrounding terraces.
A Jeu de Boules court and 30+ parking spaces.
