Located at the top of the village of La Garde-Freinet, this spacious, sunny house with a garden and fantastic views is a lovely holiday home.
This cosy village is 20 minutes from the beaches in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
There are many restaurants, art galleries, shops, the Provençal market twice a week and beautiful walking routes. People also do a lot of cycling in this area.

The 3-storey house has a spacious open living room with a fireplace and a dining area on the first floor, leading to a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden.
On the second floor is the master bedroom with views of the village, a bathroom with an Italian shower, a bathtub, a separate toilet and a second bedroom with a sofa bed that can be used as a bedroom or an office space should you want to get some work done.

On the third floor is a large double bedroom with views as far as the distant mountains, a kitchenette, a shower and toilet and another smaller bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children.

A green and shady terrace with a dining area behind the house opens onto the private garden with sun beds, great for relaxing on a warm afternoon.
